Briefly, what is meant by the term “Holy of Holies”[in Revelation chapter 11] is that
spiritual law which can never be changed or abrogated, and what is meant by the
“Holy City” is the material law which may indeed be abrogated; and this
material law—the Holy City—was to be trodden underfoot for 1,260 years.
